Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Sweet Spot Aesthetics, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from being seen and disrupt the flow of the day. To maintain fairness and efficiency, we follow the policy below.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another client.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $100 late cancellation fee.
No-Show Appointments
Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in a $100 no-show fee charged to the card on file.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will only be charged if a late cancellation or no-show occurs.
Late Arrival
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment to remain on time for others.
Illness Policy
If you feel unwell, please notify us promptly. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another day.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies may occur. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
