Please read these policies carefully before using Our Service.

We require 24 hours notice prior to appointment start time to cancel or reschedule any appointment, including same day changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to a $100 fee per our cancellation policy. 

We get it - there's traffic, and life happens! We kindly ask that you let us know if you are running late by texting us at (973) 946-8566. 

If you will be more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you if the schedule allows, but we reserve the right to reschedule so that your treatment time is maximized for the best outcomes.
